WALNUT CREEK, CA—Lane Partners has awarded RiverRock Real Estate Group the property management and accounting of Lane's portfolio of office, tech and creative space in the Silcon Valley and Bay Area. The properties total about 900,000 square feet.
River Rock already manages more than 1 million square feet for Lane, bringing the total to more than 1.9 million square feet. Lane was formed in 2006 for the purpose of acquiring and developing institutional quality properties throughout Northern California.
Headquartered in Newport Beach, RiverRock Real Estate Group provides management, leasing, construction management, as well as real estate property tax services through 25 offices that span California, Arizona, and Colorado.
