SAN DIEGO—Cushman & Wakefield has promotedof Brunson Howard to director of San DiegoBrokerage. In his new role, Howard will be responsible for allaspects of San Diego brokerage operations, including clientdevelopment, recruiting, and training.

Howard began his career at Burnham Real Estate(which acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2008) where hespecialized in institutional landlord representation. Howard joinedthe firm following a career as a Marine Aviator where he flew avariety of aircraft including AH-1W Cobra attackhelicopters and F/A-18D strike fighters
