DENVER—Baceline Investments LLC, a Denver-based boutique private equity real estate investment and management company, is listing its Opportunities Fund on RealCrowd, a crowdfunding platform for the real estate industry. The website connects accredited investors with real estate investment opportunities across the United States.

Baceline is using the online technology for the first time in an effort to connect with accredited investors who may not otherwise know about its Opportunities Fund. Real Estate crowdfunding became available a year ago when restrictions were changed with the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act. Commercial real estate investment firms, previously restricted from marketing projects to the public, can now advertise to accredited investors defined as those with a net worth of at least $1 million and an annual income of at least $200,000.

“Real Crowd can be a gateway to reach new investors not familiar with our offerings,” said David Puchi, principal of Baceline Investments. “This technology provides us with a chance to showcase our investment platform and expertise to a larger group of investors.”
