NEW YORK CITY—The law firm of McAloon & Friedman, PC, has renewed its 24,000-square-foot lease at 123 William St. for five years. Colliers International's Marvin Rosenberg, senior managing director and Ted Rotante, executive managing director arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant. The landlord, East End Capital Partners, LLC, was represented by Brad Gerla and Jonathan Cope of CBRE in the transaction.

Math for America has signed an 11-year, 21-536-square-foot lease at 915 Broadway, a 20-story, 250,000 square-foot office and retail property on the southwest corner of 21st street. Landlord ABS Partners Real Estate was represented in house on the deal by Alex Kaskel, director, James Caseley, executive managing director of leasing and management and Carol Sacks, managing director. A Cassidy Turley leasing team of Peter Hennessy, president, New York tri-state region, and Tracy Johnson, associate VP, represented Math for America.

In a relocation from Midtown South, Morris Adjmi Architects is moving Downtown to 60 Broad St. The firm has signed a new 11-year lease for 12,679 square feet, comprising the entire 32nd floor. Anthony Stapleton of Cogswell Realty Group represented the landlord, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, in the lease while Robert Yaffa and Wayne Van Aken of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant.

The historic Falchi Building in Long Island City, Queens has landed a tenant that will take both industrial and retail space. Famous donut maker Doughnut Planet has inked an 8,495-square-foot lease at the tower, located at 31-00 47th Ave. The space will be the second home of the Doughnut Plant's production—expanding from 4,000 square feet on Grand Street in the Lower East Side—along with a front-facing retail component. Jamestown was represented by Cushman& Wakefield and The Doughnut Plant was represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

ZEFR, a media software platform best known for bringing movies to YouTube, is opening its first New York office at 292 Madison Ave. The 4,717-square-foot office, encompassing the entire 15th floor, with an additional 3,600 square feet of wraparound terrace space overlooking Madison avenue and 41st street. Representing landlord Marciano Investment Group were the Cushman & Wakefield team of Harry F. Blair, executive director, and Sean N. Kearns, senior director. The tenant was represented by Sam Seiler and Jeff Sharon of CBRE.

RKF has arranged two leases—totaling 2,680 square feet—at 1200 Madison Ave. with beauty retailer bluemercury and upscale Scotland-based knitwear company Brora. The new bluemercury will occupy 1,705 square feet at the southwest corner of 88th street. RKF EVP Karen Bellantoni, senior associate Tess Jacoby and John Auber of the Auber Group represented bluemercury on this transaction. RKF VP Beth Rosen, along with Marc Yassky of Shopco Properties LLC, represented the owner, 1200 Tenant Corp. The second lease at 1200 Madison Avenue, totaling 975 square feet, represents upscale Scottish clothing brand Brora's first US location. Rosen and Yassky again represented the owner on this transaction, while Robin Abrams and Alan Victor of Lansco represented Brora.
