The 100,000-square-foot, three-story office building, which issituated in the prestigious Forrestal Center OfficePark in Princeton, was built in 2001. 750 CollegeRoad East is three miles from PrincetonUniversity's primary campus. The building is fully leasedto two tenants and is surrounded by a host of amenities includingrestaurants and parks.
