NASHVILLE, TN—Bo Fulk has left NorthStar Real Estate Advisors, LLC to join the Nashville office of JLL as vice president.
In his new post, Fulk will lead the JLL's Nashville office's industrial services division and will represent both tenants and property owners in industrial real estate transactions and investment sales deals.
Fulk was a vice president at NorthStar Real Estate Advisors where he focused on industrial real estate transactions. Prior to joining NorthStar, Fulk was a senior associate of industrial services at ProVenture LLC. He has completed leases and sales totaling more than 5 million square feet valued at more than $75 million.
