WASHINGTON, DC—There have been a number of personnel changes and office moves in the last several days that bear reporting.

WASHINGTON, DC—One new face has national, not just local, implications: William C. Rudin has been elected the Real Estate Roundtable's new chairman-elect. Rudin, who is vice chairman and CEO of New York-based Rudin Management Co., will succeed Robert S. Taubman of Taubman Centers as chairman next June. Roundtable members also elected a new board of directors and new policy committee chairs for the 2014-15 fiscal year, which began July 1.

WASHINGTON, DC—Another executive change that has national implications occurred at USGBC. Roger Platt, USGBC's SVP of Global Policy and Law, is becoming president and Scot Horst, SVP of LEED, will become USGBC's Chief Product Officer--a new role in the organization. Both are new roles for the organization.

ARLINGTON, VA—Trammell Crow Residential has opened a new regional office here. Leonard Wood, who currently leads TCR's Southeast practice from Atlanta, will add the mid-Atlantic region to his oversight. Robert Brooks has joined TCR from Jefferson Apartment Group, where he was SVP and partner, to lead the new mid-Atlantic operations. Brooks led the development team at Jefferson Apartment Group. TCR's office is located at 3033 Wilson Blvd.

WASHINGTON, DC—Savills Studley relocated its Downtown DC office to 1201 F St. NW, occupying the 5th floor and a portion of the 4th floor for a total of 25,000 square feet. The company outgrew the space it had occupied at Columbia Square for the past 27 years, said Savills Studley Executive Vice President and co-regional manager Gary Stein.

WASHINGTON, DC—Three brokers joined West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors' tenant-advisory team from the Ezra Co.:Jonathan Danziger as VP, Sam Werner as assistant VP, and Elyce Levin as Associate. Danziger was with Ezra Co. for nine years, Werner for four years and Levin for two years.

RESTON, VA—The Walton Group of Cos. has tapped Edward Fleming, a retired Colonel in the US Army, as COO for North America. Fleming will manage the day-to-day operations for Walton's 88,000 acres of land under administration and 21 development projects. Before joining Walton, he was the executive director of Civil Works and Emergency Operations for the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
