WASHINGTON, DC—There have been a number of personnel changes andoffice moves in the last several days that bear reporting.

WASHINGTON, DC—One new face has national, not just local,implications: William C. Rudin has been electedthe Real Estate Roundtable's new chairman-elect.Rudin, who is vice chairman and CEO of New York-based RudinManagement Co., will succeed Robert S. Taubman ofTaubman Centers as chairman next June. Roundtable members alsoelected a new board of directors and new policy committee chairsfor the 2014-15 fiscal year, which began July 1.

WASHINGTON, DC—Another executive change that has nationalimplications occurred at USGBC. RogerPlatt, USGBC's SVP of Global Policy and Law, is becomingpresident and Scot Horst, SVP of LEED, will becomeUSGBC's Chief Product Officer--a new role in the organization. Bothare new roles for the organization.
