DULLES, VA—A five-building, 408,000-square foot industrial complex here has reached full occupancy after four tenants signed leases of approximately 180,000 square feet.
NAI KLNB principals Marc Tasker and Kevin Goeller brokered the leases on behalf of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, which owns and manages the complex located minutes from the North Gate of Washington-Dulles International Airport.
The new tenants include Eastern Motors, which signed a lease for 77,488 square feet of space at 22705 Commerce Center Ct. Bob Gibbs of CBRE represented the tenant in that transaction. ViON Corp. signed a lease for 42,766 square feet of space at 22704 Commerce Center Ct, with Chet Rao of NGKF representing the tenant. Cardinal Bakery is taking 36,122 square feet at 22704 Commerce Center Ct. Bob White of Landmark Commercial was the tenant rep. Simplex Grinnell took 23,787 square feet at 22712 Commerce Center Ct.
"Airport Commerce Center is well-positioned within the Dulles Corridor, allowing easy access to the region and surrounding communities. It also sits at the doorstep of Washington-Dulles International Airport. These features were all deciding factors in the tenants's leasing decisions," Tasker says in a prepared statement.
