PHOENIX—Cassidy Turley announces the sale ofThe Village at Gateway Pavilions, a 240-unit apartment communitylocated at 1700 N. 103rd Ave. in Avondale.
PEM Real Estate Group, represented by CassidyTurley executive managing directors DavidFogler and Steven Nicoluzakis,sold The Village at Gateway Pavilions for $23 million ($96,458 perunit). Alliance Realty Partners, LLC acquired theapartment community.
“The buyer was attracted to The Village at Gateway Pavilionsbecause it offered the opportunity to acquire a class Amulti-family asset in a submarket viewed as offering significantrent growth potential,” says Fogler.
