MIAMI—GE Capital Franchise Finance reports itseeded Noble Investment with a $18.5-million termloan used to acquire the SpringHill Suites Miami AirportSouth hotel here.

The 150-room property is located in the Blue Lagoon office park.Noble Investments currently owns 52 hotels in 19 states. Itsrepresentative brands include Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton,InterContinental Hotels Group and Starwood.
