MIAMI, FL—Real estate veteran Randy Olen, whountil recently served as executive vice president of ColliersInternational South Florida, has joined CNL Commercial RealEstate here as a principal.

In his new capacity at CNL, Olen will help expand upon thebrokerage firm's existing relationships in Miami and grow thecompany's office, retail and industrial brokerage platformhere.
