MIAMI, FL—Real estate veteran Randy Olen, whountil recently served as executive vice president of ColliersInternational South Florida, has joined CNL Commercial RealEstate here as a principal.


In his new capacity at CNL, Olen will help expand upon thebrokerage firm's existing relationships in Miami and grow thecompany's office, retail and industrial brokerage platformhere.

Before joining Colliers International, Olen was principal ofHolly Realty, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, and seniormanaging director of Insignia/ESG, where he was one of the foundersof that firm's Miami office.
