FRANKLIN, MA—Boston International, an importerand distributor of paper products, giftware, and decorativeaccessories, has signed a lease for 110,000 square feet ofindustrial space at 210 Grove St. here.

Building owners Calare Properties of Hudson, MAand The Grossman Companies, Inc. of Quincy, MA,announced the lease transaction. Newmark Grubb KnightFrank represented Boston International in the leasetransaction, while CBRE Boston handled leasenegotiations for the building owners.

Calare and The Grossman Companies are currently undertaking anextensive capital improvement program at the property. BostonInternational will utilize its leased space as an office showroomand will benefit from the new construction, ample clear heights,multiple loading docks, and trailer storage, the building ownershipstates. Boston International has the exclusive distribution rightsto collections including Ideal Home Range, The Metropolitan Museumof Art, and Santoro London.
