FRANKLIN, MA—Boston International, an importer and distributor of paper products, giftware, and decorative accessories, has signed a lease for 110,000 square feet of industrial space at 210 Grove St. here.
Building owners Calare Properties of Hudson, MA and The Grossman Companies, Inc. of Quincy, MA, announced the lease transaction. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Boston International in the lease transaction, while CBRE Boston handled lease negotiations for the building owners.
Calare and The Grossman Companies are currently undertaking an extensive capital improvement program at the property. Boston International will utilize its leased space as an office showroom and will benefit from the new construction, ample clear heights, multiple loading docks, and trailer storage, the building ownership states. Boston International has the exclusive distribution rights to collections including Ideal Home Range, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Santoro London.

The property is located less than three miles from the I-495 and Route 140 junction.
