PAULLO, Italy—Prologis, Inc. says itsPrologis European Properties Fund II (PEPF II) hasacquired from Sireo Immobilienfonds No. 4 a430,500 square-foot (40,000 sm) logistics facility in Paullo, nearMilan.

The building on Strada Vecchia Paullese islocated in the eastern section of the Province ofMilan. The area is undergoing significant infrastructuredevelopment and offers excellent connections to main nationalroutes via TEEM, the new Milan bypass, andBreBeMi, the new highway from Milan-Brescia.

“The acquisition of the Paullo facility is part of Prologis'focus on building presence in core, long-term markets and marks ourfirst acquisition in Italy for several years,” said SandroInnocenti, vice president, country manager, PrologisItaly. “Thanks to TEEM and BreBeMi, the area east of Milan isbecoming attractive to logistics companies.”
