FALLS CHURCH, Va.-- Austin-based Centric Commercial has joined CORFAC International as the network's fourth Texas firm.

Led by founder/principal Craig Couch and principal Russell Todd, Centric Commercial/CORFAC International will cover a wide range of real estate services including strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, lease renewals, lease expansion, financial analysis, construction/project management, relocation support and property acquisitions/dispositions. Centric Commercial exclusively represents tenants in both lease and investment assignments.

Austin has become a tier one city and increasingly sophisticated market,” Couch told GlobeSt.com. “We are seeing a greater need by our client base to expand their operations beyond Austin. CORFAC's network of like-minded entrepreneurial companies will allow us greater capabilities to serve clients in other markets. Conversely, Austin has become a significant inbound market and we believe having a strong Austin partner can strengthen and add value to the CORFAC members and organization as a whole.”

“Centric Commercial is a great fit for CORFAC International and fills a market that is central to our network platform of having top quality firms in key locations. Given Austin's rise as a major tech center in the U.S., we're glad to have Craig, Russell and their colleagues on board,” says Dan Granot, CORFAC international affiliation development committee chair.

In addition to Centric Commercial, CORFAC International has long-standing affiliates in Texas, including Houston-based Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International, San Antonio-based Providence Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International and Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International. Bradford also has an office in Fort Worth.
