PARIS—Colliers International has acquired acontrolling interest in AOS Group, one of Europe'sleading real estate and workplace consulting firms. Headquarteredin Paris, AOS will immediately be rebranded as ColliersInternational throughout France, Belgium, Spain, Morocco,UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Gilles Betthaeuser, founder and CEO of AOSGroup, will retain the balance of the equity and will continue tolead operations. The acquisition provides Colliers with asignificant new base of operations in France and Belgium andaugments existing operations in the other markets noted above, byproviding Colliers clients with enhanced service offerings intenant representation, project management and workplace consulting.AOS currently generates approximately $100 million inannual revenues. Terms of the transactions were notdisclosed.
