GRAPEVINE, TX--2GR Equity, a real estateinvestment firm based in Grapevine, has announced its equityinvestment into a joint venture with San Antonio-based hoteldeveloper/operator Phoenix Hospitality Group(“PHG”).
The newly formed JV will construct a five-story, 138-roomHilton Garden Inn with an attached12,000-square-foot conference center.
“The principals of Phoenix Hospitality Group have operated inthe hospitality industry for years and much of that time has beenin the San Antonio market,” Elizabeth Roll, of2GR, told GlobeSt.com. “This makes them an ideal group for us topartner with on this venture.”
