TILBURG, The Netherlands—Prologis, Inc. hassigned a 269,100 square foot (25,000 square meter) build-to-suitagreement in the Netherlands with Coolblue, one ofthe largest online retailers in the Benelux.
The new facility will be located at Prologis ParkTilburg, a 1.9 million square foot(173,400 square meter) master-planned industrial park in the mainlogistics hub in Tilburg. The park has additional build-outpotential of 807,300 square feet (75,000 square meters). With thisagreement, the park is 100% leased.
"We have achieved revenue growth of more than 40% over tenquarters," said Coolblue CEO Pieter Zwart."Ordered today means delivered today. This new facility will helpus to maintain our high level of customer service and meet ourgrowth needs."
