TILBURG, The Netherlands—Prologis, Inc. hassigned a 269,100 square foot (25,000 square meter) build-to-suitagreement in the Netherlands with Coolblue, one ofthe largest online retailers in the Benelux.
The new facility will be located at Prologis ParkTilburg, a 1.9 million square foot(173,400 square meter) master-planned industrial park in the mainlogistics hub in Tilburg. The park has additional build-outpotential of 807,300 square feet (75,000 square meters). With thisagreement, the park is 100% leased.
"We have achieved revenue growth of more than 40% over tenquarters," said Coolblue CEO Pieter Zwart."Ordered today means delivered today. This new facility will helpus to maintain our high level of customer service and meet ourgrowth needs."

Prologis is the leading provider of industrial real estate in theBenelux, with approximately 16 million square feet(1.5 million square meters) of logistics and distribution space asof June 30.
