NEW YORK CITY—Savills Studley has named a new head of its NYCregional office, hiring an executive from within the company. Thecommercial real estate services firm has promoted Stephen Berlinerfrom EVP & branch manager, New York office to EVP, New Yorktri-state region.

Berliner joined Savills Studley in 2006 and has more than 30years of CRE experience. He has advised numerous organizations andcompanies in their commercial real estate strategies, while workingas a broker coach and mentor to Savills Studley professionals ofall levels within the Manhattan office.

The appointment comes just five short months after Savills and Studley announced plans to merge, expanding bothcompanies to create a global firm. Now that the two entities areworking together, it seems, the combined company appears ready toexpand its presence here.
