WEST PALM BEACH, FL—Florida CommunityBank just tapped JLL to lease and manageCourthouse Commons, a class A, 93,000-square-footoffice building with direct access to the WestPalm Beach County Courthouse. The building is also within walkingdistance of Clematis Street and CityPlace.

JLL vice presidents Kevin McCarthy andKevin Probel are spearheading the leasing effortsand management at the building. All told, JLL's leasing portfoliosits at nearly 1 million square feet of officespace in Palm Beach County.
