UNIVERSITY PARK, PA—Baltimore-based GLP Development Company has broken ground on 331 Innovation Boulevard, a $17.8 million, four-story office tower with 82,000 square feet of leasable office space. Building 331 will be the first LEED-certified building in Penn State's Innovation Park. The building is scheduled for completion in late August 2015.

Steve Lubetkin is the New Jersey and Philadelphia editor for GlobeSt.com. He is currently filling in covering Chicago and Midwest markets until a new permanent editor is named.
