THOMSON, GA—An affiliate of New York City-basedLexington Realty Trust has reached a developmentagreement with Red Rock Developments, LLC ofColumbia, SC to build a new manufacturing and warehouse facilityhere.
Red Rock will build a new 208,000-square-foot manufacturing andwarehouse facility for Boca Raton, FL-headquarteredHollander Sleep Products, LLC, according toLexington Realty.
The general contractor for the project is The ConlanCompany and the designers are MCAArchitects and the Timmons Group.
