Trigild Fall Lender Conference
Offering perspectives on "contrarian" investing strategies and the current state of commercial real estate, CNBC commentator Steve Cortes and economist Sam Chandan, Ph.D., will headline the annual Trigild Lender Conference.
For the 14th consecutive year, the annual event - the largest of its kind in the country - will draw a full slate of industry leaders to San Diego, with 20 educational sessions, more than 60 speakers and panelists and a series of networking breaks.
With a special focus on non-performing loans, the conference is aimed at lenders, special servicers, legal counsel, investors and loan buyers. In addition to the keynote presentations, this year's topics include: Strategies for Upcoming Loan Maturities, Current Issue for Balance Sheet Lenders and Special Servicers, Equity Sources and Legal Lightning Round Table.
