BETHESDA, MD—Transwestern has recruitedBarry Cohen to join its local office as seniorvice president of Tenant Advisory Services. He will concentrate inthe biotechnology/life sciences and high-tech industry sectors.
Cohen most recently was senior vice president at EDGECommercial Real Estate, and previously was a principal atTSC Realty Services LLC. He has done dealsinvolving BioVeris Corp., Jane Goodall Institute, Nordstrom,DrinkMore Water, Earth Networks/WeatherBug and RochePharmaceuticals.
Cohen was a founding member of Scheer Partners,where he created the firm's biotechnology services division.
