MIAMI—TotalBank has relocated its headquarters to the Miami Tower building here. The bank, which has its signage affixed at the top of the downtown high-rise building, will occupy three floors and relocate its Downtown Banking Center to the newly redesigned ground floor at 100 E. 2nd St.

TotalBank had maintained its corporate headquarters at 2720 Coral Way since 1974.

Our move to this building signifies how we are marking our 40th anniversary. The Miami Tower is perhaps the most recognizable building in our city. This mirrors our goal to ensure that TotalBank is thought of as Miami's community bank of choice,” says Luis de la Aguilera, president and CEO of TotalBank. “Our newly designed space is also eco-conscious and will help us optimize efficiency, promote employee collaboration, and stimulate growth for our customer-service model.”

The Coral Way Banking Center will remain at the 2720 Coral Way location. Other parts of the building will undergo renovations to become the new home of TotalBank's Operations Center, previously located at the Palmetto Bay Banking Center.

The bank will continue to house its International Personal Banking and Total Wealth Management units and Brickell Banking Center at 800 Brickell Ave.
