MIAMI—TotalBank has relocated its headquartersto the Miami Tower building here. The bank, which has its signageaffixed at the top of the downtown high-rise building, will occupythree floors and relocate its Downtown Banking Center to the newlyredesigned ground floor at 100 E. 2nd St.
TotalBank had maintained its corporate headquarters at 2720Coral Way since 1974.
Our move to this building signifies how we are marking our 40thanniversary. The Miami Tower is perhaps the most recognizablebuilding in our city. This mirrors our goal to ensure thatTotalBank is thought of as Miami's community bank of choice,” saysLuis de la Aguilera, president and CEO ofTotalBank. “Our newly designed space is also eco-conscious and willhelp us optimize efficiency, promote employee collaboration, andstimulate growth for our customer-service model.”
