WASHINGTON, DC—Should there be any doubt that MRP Realty is anactive firm, dual announcements from the company should put thateronous notion to rest. Besides placing Bethesda Crossing on the market for sale—afterinvestment $25 million in the building's repositioning—MRP has alsodebuted, with its partner Rockpoint Group,Tysons Overlook.


The office tower, which is located at 7940 Jones BranchDr. in Tysons Corner, is an 11-story, 308,000 square footClass A office on corner of the newly-constructed Jones BranchDrive/HOT Lanes and Jones Branch Connector Road intersection.


MRP and Rockpoint structured a presale to LMI, agovernment-consulting firm currently based in McLean, Va., whichwill be primary tenant.


LMI will occupy the first six floors as co-owners of theproperty.


Tysons Corner is commanding a premium due to the Silver Line,noted MRP Realty's Bob Murphy in a preparedstatement.
