UNION, NJ—Bussel Realty Corp. has brokered thesale of 600 Green Lane, a 91,000-square-footdistribution and headquarters facility in Union, NJ. Theproperty was sold for $6.6 million to MillsteinAcquisitions and D'Artagnan. BRC senior vice presidents RobertSager and David Blitt represented theowner in the transaction. Blau & Bergrepresented the purchaser.
“600 Green Lane is a solid real estateinvestment and will be developed into a state-of-the-artdistribution facility, complete with cold/dry storage, and providefor the warehouse needs of D'Artagnan,” saysBRC's Blitt.“D'Artagnan is the nation's leading purveyor offoie gras, game meat, organic poultry, pâtés, sausages and smokeddelicacies.”
The 5.9-acre 600 Green Lane property provides astrategic location in northern New Jersey, only four miles fromPort Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty Airport. Theproperty is minutes to Route 22, the Garden State Parkway, I-78 andthe New Jersey Turnpike with access to points east and west andnorth and south. 600 Green Lane is alsowalking distance to a midtown Manhattan direct NJ Transitstation. The property features 13,000 square feet of modernoffices, 26- to 28-foot high ceilings, 17 loading docks, 163parking spaces, and was renovated in 2004 and 2005.
