HOUSTON--Stream Realty Partners hasannounced that it has recently been awarded leasingresponsibilities for Energy Center I, a332,000-square-foot, class A property in the heart of Houston'senergy corridor. The building is located at 585 N. Dairy AshfordRoad and is currently fully leased to a single tenant.

“We are seeing interest from all sizes of companies,”Brad Fricks, vice president at Stream RealtyPartners, told GlobeSt.com. “The energy corridor is attractive tocompanies as the area has the livable work/play environmentincluding quality schools and housing they are looking for.”

Built in 2008, Energy Center I received LEED Silvercertification due in part to reduced consumption of non-renewablenatural resources during its construction. This was achievedthrough the implementation of sustainable strategies that includeda building-wide recycling program, high-efficiency glass and HVACsystems, and the use of low VOC-containing materials. Theenergy-efficient building also offers a water feature at itsentrance and an eight-level attached garage with gated parking.
