DALLAS--McCarthy Building Companies Inc.recently hired Charles A. Buescher III as its vicepresident of business development for the firm's Dallas office.Buescher will lead business development activities and clientrelationships in Texas, focusing on McCarthy's commercial andhealthcare business.

With more than two decades of business development experience,Buescher's background includes leading multi-disciplinary internaland external team members to secure more than $1 billion inprojects throughout his career. Prior to joining McCarthy, Buescherserved as director of business development at Adolfson& Peterson Construction in Richardson.
