KENNEWICK, WA—The Hotel Group, a nationally recognized Top 40 hotel company, has been selected as the management company for the new 116-room SpringHill Suites in Kennewick.
The property marks the first SpringHill Suites in The Hotel Group's portfolio and also their third property in the tri-city area. The Marriott branded hotel has a targeted opening for Q4 of 2014 and broke ground in December of 2013.
Located adjacent to the Three Rivers Convention Center, the hotel is expected to attract new meetings, conventions and events to the area. The property will offer large suites with modern day amenities, a complimentary deluxe breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi.
