KENNEWICK, WA—The Hotel Group, a nationallyrecognized Top 40 hotel company, has been selectedas the management company for the new 116-room SpringHillSuites in Kennewick.
The property marks the first SpringHill Suites in The HotelGroup's portfolio and also their third property in the tri-cityarea. The Marriott branded hotel has a targeted opening forQ4 of 2014 and broke ground in December of2013.
Located adjacent to the Three Rivers ConventionCenter, the hotel is expected to attract new meetings,conventions and events to the area. The property will offer largesuites with modern day amenities, a complimentary deluxe breakfastbuffet and free Wi-Fi.
