ATLANTA—JLL just won a massive leasing gig inAtlanta. Developers MetLife and PanattoniDevelopment Company named JLL as the leasing agent forLambert Farms Logistics Park, a class A, 447-acreindustrial park being underway in Henry County,GA.
JLL executive vice president Wit Truitt, seniorvice president Chris Tomasulo, vice presidentRodney Davidson and associate ReedDavis will lead the leasing team. The site is about 25miles south of Downtown Atlanta.
“The Lambert Farms Logistics Park is perfectly poised to thrivefor years to come,” Truitt says. “Large blocks of class Aindustrial space already are in short supply inmetro Atlanta, and as the economy improves and distributionactivity picks up, the demand for these kinds of properties willonly rise.”
