TRACY, CA—Prologis International is ready tobreak ground on a a new 1 million square foot state-of-the-artfacility at Prologis International Park ofCommerce in Tracy.

A formal groundbreaking ceremony is planned for Thursday Nov. 6for the new project.

With a potential build-out of 20 million squarefeet, the park is poised to become one of the largestlogistics centers in Northern California. The site willprovide customers with industry-leading facilities in a range ofsizes and an optimal location as the closest logistics park to theBay Area. It will serve 7.2 millionpeople, three international airports, the Port ofOakland, the Port of Stockton,BNSF intermodal and UP intermodalwithin a 60-mile radius.
