EDISON, NJ —Cassidy Turley negotiated the saleand lease of a 63,000 square-foot warehouse at 930 NewDurham Road in Edison, NJ. The buyer, DCTindustrial Trust, plans to upgrade the property, which TheLennox International Group has leased as a warehouse for pettreats.

DCT will upgrade the 63,613 square foot,freestanding building that features 22' ceilings and nine tailgatedocks. New office spaces will be added and lighting upgrades andother exterior and interior improvements will be implemented tomeet the new tenant's needs. Lennox leased thefacility to expand its East Coast distribution.
