SAN FRANCISCO—SRS Real Estate Partners has hired Michael Federle, to lead its San Francisco-based Investment Services Group. Federle joins as senior vice president of the new team, which will be tasked with representing institutions, developers, and high-net-worth individuals in the sale, acquisition, and financing of quality real estate assets.
Federle has been an investment sales expert and industry leader in California and Nevada for more than 30 years. He is well-known for his ability to re-vision and model investment properties to improve their overall function and value, and has extensive relationships with regional and national capital resources and an impressive track record with comparable properties. Federle has completed more than 150 investment transactions encompassing more than $2.5 billion of retail and mixed-use assets totaling approximately 16 million square feet of retail property. Prior to joining SRS, Federle enjoyed a 25-year career at Grubb & Ellis, where he was recognized as a top producer regionally and nationally every year he was with the company.
