HOUSTON--KTR Capital Partners (KTR) isscheduled to break ground early this month on its newest industrialdistribution development, Greens Commerce Center,which will be located just west of Interstate 45 and north ofBeltway 8 on Greens Road. The class A project is situated on 19acres and will offer 213,218 square feet of cross-dock warehousespace, scheduled for completion in summer 2015.

Greens Commerce Center will accommodate tenants from 42,900square feet to 213,218 square feet, boasting state-of-the-artamenities such as an ESFR sprinkler system, 32-foot clear heightand ample trailer storage.
