CHICAGO—Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC, a private equity real estate firm, has just hired Daniel J. Reynolds as its new head of client capital for its capital-raising activities. Reynolds will build and maintain capital relationships with the company's institutional investor clients and represent its investment vehicles around the world.

As reported in GlobeSt.com, Preqin ranked Blue Vista at #11 in its index of fund managers from across the world that have most consistently outperformed their peers.

Reynolds has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance and capital formation. He has advised many organizations in the investment industry, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations and public REITs. Prior to joining Blue Vista, Reynolds was managing director of LaSalle Investment Management's global client capital group.

“Being able to convince our friend and former colleague, Dan Reynolds to join our team was a major coup for our firm,” says Blue Vista chief executive officer Peter Stelian. “Dan brings with him a tremendous reputation in the industry, and we know his experience and presence will have a significant impact on our capital raising efforts.”

“Our recent successes, both in our new partnership with Allied World and being ranked #11 in the Preqin index of 'Consistent Performers in Real Estate Private Equity,' will enable us to continue to attract top-notch people in our industry, like Dan,” he adds.
