JACKSONVILLE, FL—Olympus Property of SanFrancisco is has acquired the Stovall andMirador at River City apartment propertieshere.


The two garden-style communities each feature 276 units. Nofinancial terms of the transaction were released. CBRE Jacksonville brokersBrian Moulder and Dhaval Patelrepresented the seller in the transaction.


Mirador at River City is situated on over 17 acres. Built in2007, it offers a clubhouse, spa, swimming pool with outdoorgrilling, 24-hour fitness center, business center, billiard room,tennis court, basketball court, bark park, playground, and detachedand attached garages. Stovall at River City is the first propertyto be added to Olympus Property's fourth fund, WW OlympusProperty IV, LLC.
