PORTLAND, OR—CBRE Portland has completed theproject management assignment to oversee the relocation ofPuppet Labs from their prior Pearl Districtlocation to downtown's “Block 300” building at 308SW 2nd Avenue. Puppet Labs, an IT automation software specialist,commenced operations at their new location last week.

Earlier this year, CBRE Portland's team won thecompetitive bid to manage the nine-month longproject that entailed oversight of the end-to-endprocess. The team worked closely with the architect, landlord andcontractor, and managed the tenant improvement budget along withco-ordination of third party services from the furniture, lighting,kitchen, audio-visual and technology services providercommunity.
