MASHANTUCKET, CT—The $120-million Tanger Outlets atFoxwoods, which is under construction here, is scheduledto have its grand opening on May 21, 2015.

Construction on the new Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods began inSeptember 2013, according to Foxwoods ResortCasino. Once complete the 300,000-square-foot project willfeature 82 upscale branded and designer outlet retailers including:American Eagle Outfitters, Ann Taylor Factory Store, BananaRepublic Factory Store, Calvin Klein, Fossil, Gap Outlet, LOFTOutlet, Nike Factory Store, Skechers, Steve Madden, Tommy Hilfigerand others.

Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods, the first Tanger Outlets destinationlinked to a casino, is being developed in partnership with theGordon Group LLC. Tanger Factory Outlet Centers,Inc., a publicly-traded REIT headquartered in Greensboro, NC,operates and owns, or has an ownership interest in a portfolio of46 upscale outlet shopping centers in 26 states and in Canada,totaling approximately 14 million square feet.
