SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ—Terreno Realty Corp.reports it has executed a lease extension with a leading homeimprovement specialty retailer for 192,000 square feet ofindustrial space at the 130 Interstate property here.
In its announcement, the San Francisco-based owner and operatorof industrial real estate did not identify the specialty homeretailer that is believed to be Home Depot.
Terreno reports that the tenant, which currently leases 413,092square feet at the property through March 2015, has executed alease extension for 192,000 square feet commencing at theexpiration of the current lease and expiring April 2020.
