SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ—Terreno Realty Corp. reports it has executed a lease extension with a leading home improvement specialty retailer for 192,000 square feet of industrial space at the 130 Interstate property here.
In its announcement, the San Francisco-based owner and operator of industrial real estate did not identify the specialty home retailer that is believed to be Home Depot.
Terreno reports that the tenant, which currently leases 413,092 square feet at the property through March 2015, has executed a lease extension for 192,000 square feet commencing at the expiration of the current lease and expiring April 2020.
On Aug. 1, 2013 CoStar reported that Home Depot had extended its lease for 413,092 square feet at 130 Interstate Blvd.
