NEW YORK CITY—Capital One Financial Corp. has hired Greg Steeleas managing director in Capital One Securities Inc. Steele will beresponsible for growing Capital One's real estate investmentbanking practice, leveraging Capital One's existing commercial realestate banking platform and extensive client relationships. Hisfocus will be on REITs nationwide across all major propertytypes.
