PHOENIX—In this edition of Deal-Tracker, CoastalProperties Corp. from Alberta, Canada has purchased HiddenCove, a 150-unit multifamily property located at 2001 W. UnionHills Dr. in Phoenix, from Rosebud LLC of BeverlyHills. Brian Smuckler and JeffSeaman with CBRE's Phoenix officerepresented the buyer and Bert Kempfert, also withCBRE, represented the seller in negotiating the $7.75 milliontransaction.

-Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen was represented byDarren Pitts, Michael Clark,Nick Ault, and Dave Cheatham ofVelocity Retail in the acquisition of 2,565 squarefeet at the southwest corner of Central and Dunlap in Phoenix. Theformer KFC building was represented by JasonFessinger of Strategic Retail Group, thelandlord was an entity controlled by Lawrence Geyser &Associates. The site will be repurposed for the newPopeye's location, set to next this year.

-Judi Butterworth and Nick Ault of VelocityRetail represented the landlord at Peoria Sunnyside Plaza,locatedat the northwest corner of Olive Avenue and 51^st Avenuein Glendale,in leasing 1,500 square feet to Cox Communications. Thetenant was represented by Regan Amato ofPhoenix Commercial Advisors. The new location willopen the first quarter of 2015.
