DALLAS–RamQuest is consolidating its facilities and relocating its headquarters to International Business Park in Plano, Colliers International has announced. The company will occupy more than 28,000 square feet in the new location.

"International Business Park is an ideal location for our new corporate office,” says Steve Terry, CFO of RamQuest. “…The expanded office space will also enable us to increase staff and support our growth in the future.”

Daniel Rudd, with executive vice president with Colliers, told GlobeSt.com that the business is “consolidating two different business units” that were in two separate locations.

Rudd and Billy Vahrenkamp of Colliers represented RamQuest. Sean Dalton of Younger Partners represented the landlord, Billingsley Co., in the transaction.

RamQuest's primary mission in the relocation was to house all of its subsidiaries into one location. This west Plano office is ideal since the building is on the North Dallas Tollway and centrally located for the majority of its employees.

RamQuest will be a first-generation tenant in the shell-condition space, giving the company more flexibility for finish-out. Interior design and architecture firm Staffelbach was tapped for planning and design. Noel Ragin of Colliers will provide project management services to RamQuest. RamQuest will also have top-of-building signage at the new location.
