PHOENIX—Companies formed by Westport, CT-basedGreenfield Partners paid $41 million topurchase 575,430 square feet of office and industrial buildings inPhoenix and Tempe, BREWAZ is reporting. In five separatesales, the seller was RREEF America REIT II PortfolioL.P., which is managed by Deutsche Asset &Wealth Management in Chicago. The grouping of Valleyproperties was sold as part of a larger portfolio that GreenfieldPartners acquired from Deutsche-managed entities. A nationalCBRE sales team brokered the deal with assistanceon the Phoenix and Tempe assets coming from PatFeeney, Dan Calihanand Rusty Kennedy of the CBRE Phoenixoffice.
