According to Sunrise CEO and president JoeGreenblatt, his company will assume the marketing, leasingand day-to-day operations of the following San Diego propertieslocated in the University Town Centre, Chula Vista, Linda Vista andNorth Park neighborhoods:

· Pacific Gardens UTC, a 156-unit property at 8148Genesee Ave., San Diego
