SAN DIEGO—Sunrise Management has added four San Diego multifamily communities totaling 477 units to its portfolio.

According to Sunrise CEO and president Joe Greenblatt, his company will assume the marketing, leasing and day-to-day operations of the following San Diego properties located in the University Town Centre, Chula Vista, Linda Vista and North Park neighborhoods:

 

·         Pacific Gardens UTC, a 156-unit property at 8148 Genesee Ave., San Diego

·         Pacific Gardens North Park, 91 units at 4043 Hamilton St., San Diego

·         Woodlawn Colonial, 160 units located at 244-255 Woodlawn Ave., Chula Vista

·         Village Apartments, a 170-unit property at 6948 Eastman St., San Diego

 

With these latest additions, Sunrise now oversees more than 5,300 units in the San Diego region, said Greenblatt. “These new properties expand our home town presence, well positioning us for further growth in the region.”

Founded in 1978, Sunrise Management is a privately owned San Diego-based firm specializing in the management of residential real estate properties.  The firm currently has regional offices in Sacramento, Las Vegas and Phoenix, with a portfolio of more than 12,000 units through California and the southwest.
