SAN DIEGO—Sunrise Management has added four SanDiego multifamily communities totaling 477 units to itsportfolio.

According to Sunrise CEO and president JoeGreenblatt, his company will assume the marketing, leasingand day-to-day operations of the following San Diego propertieslocated in the University Town Centre, Chula Vista, Linda Vista andNorth Park neighborhoods:

· Pacific Gardens UTC, a 156-unit property at 8148Genesee Ave., San Diego

|

· Pacific Gardens North Park, 91 units at 4043Hamilton St., San Diego

|

· Woodlawn Colonial, 160 units located at 244-255Woodlawn Ave., Chula Vista

|

· Village Apartments, a 170-unit property at 6948Eastman St., San Diego

|

With these latest additions, Sunrise now oversees more than5,300 units in the San Diego region, said Greenblatt. “These newproperties expand our home town presence, well positioning us forfurther growth in the region.”

Founded in 1978, Sunrise Management is a privately owned SanDiego-based firm specializing in the management of residential realestate properties. The firm currently has regional offices inSacramento, Las Vegas and Phoenix, with aportfolio of more than 12,000 units through California and thesouthwest.
