WASHINGTON, DC—Grosvenor Americas has signed on three new tenants at 1701 Pennsylvania Ave. for a total of 29,300 square feet.

The three tenants, Occidental Petroleum, FoxKiser, and JAB Holdings, were signed by Cushman & Wakefield's Mark Richardson and Jackie Raff.

JAB Holdings is the parent company of a number of brands including Peet's Coffee, which has located at store on the ground floor of the 12-story building.

Grosvenor Americas acquired the building in 1986 and has gone on to make some $16.7 million in improvements over the years, including an HVAC upgrade that was completed three weeks ago.

Besides the new HVAC system, Grosvenor is also upgrading the fitness center and wait lounge.
