WASHINGTON, DC—Grosvenor Americas has signed onthree new tenants at 1701 Pennsylvania Ave. for atotal of 29,300 square feet.

The three tenants, Occidental Petroleum,FoxKiser, and JAB Holdings, were signedby Cushman & Wakefield's Mark Richardson andJackie Raff.

JAB Holdings is the parent company of a number of brandsincluding Peet's Coffee, which has located at store on the groundfloor of the 12-story building.
