MIAMI—Phase one of the renovation and expansion of theDolphin Mall here has begun. The overall projectthat will be completed in the fall of 2015 will include theaddition of five new restaurants, additional and improved valetparking and 1,210 new parking spaces.
Restaurants slated to join the mall's tenant roster next yearinclude BRIO Tuscan Grille and Burger& Beer Joint, as well as new to market CaboFlats Cantina & Tequila Bar and KonaGrill. One additional restaurant will be named in the nearfuture, Dolphin Mall officials say.
“We are pleased to be able to introduce these great newrestaurants, and convenient parking options, to our customers nextyear,” says Dolphin Mall general manager PeteMarrero. “In the meantime, it's important for ourcustomers to know that we will be open for business as usual duringour expansion and renovation.”
